One of my goals from this week was to donate 5 pieces of clothing and it totally motivated me to go through extra cupboards in our house. To donate what we no longer use... I am striving to minimise, declutter & simplify our home... Steve is a little worried 🥴😂
This is my new Sunday habit; to set 3 goals to focus on for the week ahead.... to improve my mind, body and soul 💖
My goals for this week:
💫 Apply 1 face mask
💫 Complete 1 sprint (running) session (I LOVE this style of training * I am inserting some positive self talk*🥴)
💫 Donate 5 pieces of clothing
