🍴 MEAL PREP 🍴 28 JUN 20 🍴

It‘s a wet weekend in Perth which is nice for a change but it makes doing our weekly loads of towels & sheets rather tricky as we don't have a clothes dryer 🥴
My girls think it‘s fun as we have sheets & towels flung over the chairs & tables in our house so there are lots of places to make a cubby #silverlining 🤣
 
During this morning's 5.30am training session with my friends (I did a BodyWork session from @body_byfinch app), I had a thought 💭🤔
 
I am going to start setting myself 3 goals on a Sunday for the week ahead. If you wanted to, you could share yours below so we can keep each other accountable? 💖
