And just like that, Term 2 is done and dusted and we are now on school holidays... We've spent this weekend outdoors enjoying the sunshine before the wet weather sets in later today! ☀️😍🤸🏻‍♀️
Last week, I started a new Sunday habit by setting myself 3 goals to focus on for the week ahead. I was mindful each day of creating progress so I am going to continue this each week.... to improve my mind, body and soul 💖
My goals for this week (same as last week as I want these habits to stick):
💫 complete 2-3 stretching sessions
💫 meditate every day this week
💫 get to bed before 11.45pm (progress on midnight from last week)😜
