What a difference one week makes...
Today I set off on a 40km bike ride 🚴🏽 in the most epic conditions... sun shining ☀️ (barely a cloud in the sky), a light refreshing wind and the ocean looking picture perfect 😍
It was my longest ride yet and so enjoyable... a stark difference to last Sunday's triathlon day ☔️💨🌊🙈

As I continue my training, this weekly meal prep is even more important because I need to fuel my body with nourishing foods to help it recover. This meal prep helps me make healthy eating for my family and I efficient and achievable 👏🏻
