This is a 'caravan edition' of my weekly meal prep. I cooked all of this on Friday before we left home 🤗
I was concerned about having enough to eat as where we are staying, there are no majors shops close by (just a corner store)... low FODMAPS eating is a challenge 🤪 but we are all well fed so this meal prep was worth all of the effort 🙌🏻
We are currently staying near Moore River and it is seriously amazing... my first time visiting and it is so relaxing to have the River on one side and the beach on the other 😍
It is definitely spurring me on to either start kayaking or stand up paddle boarding 😝
